Information submitted through this Site is not confidential unless a written Agency Agreement is in place between you and Horizon Real Estate Group, LLC.

Until an Agency Agreement is signed, any information you share — including budget, timeline, property interests, and financial position — is considered general, non-confidential communication. It may be used for marketing, lead qualification, and business development purposes consistent with this Policy.

Once a written Agency Agreement is executed, the information you share with Travis Old or Horizon Real Estate Group, LLC in connection with that agency relationship becomes privileged and is handled in accordance with North Carolina real estate law, the North Carolina Real Estate Commission Rules, and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.

By using this Site and submitting information, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers that operate the Site, host data, process email, manage CRM records, and deliver marketing (e.g., hosting provider, email marketing platform, scheduling tools, CRM)
  • Advertising and analytics partners — Google and Meta — for the purposes described in Section 1
  • Real estate professionals and affiliates involved in a transaction you have initiated (lenders, attorneys, inspectors, cooperating brokers), only as necessary to advance that transaction
  • Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety

Typical retention: marketing contacts are retained until you opt out; transaction records are retained for the period required by North Carolina real estate law (currently three years from the date of the transaction or inquiry).

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will delete it.
